I am a wanderer by soul—
Restless, curious, forever thirsty for the distant unknown.

Over the years, I’ve travelled through various routes—
sometimes self-planned, sometimes with different travel companies.
But the Arunachal Pradesh trip with Izifiso in October 2025 didn’t feel like just another journey.
It felt like a story,
a memory,
a piece of my heart that I will cherish forever.

🚐 The Journey Begins — 8th October, Guwahati

Our group of 10 started from Guwahati in a comfortable traveller van.
Right from the beginning, Izifiso’s arrangements, coordination, and warm assistance won our hearts.

As we crossed the mighty Brahmaputra River and entered the mountain roads,
I felt the journey truly begin—
a journey filled with excitement, silence, and awe.

🌉 Bhairabkunda & Bhutan Border

Our first major stop was Bhairabkunda—
calm surroundings, soft breeze, and a peaceful border area touching Bhutan.

By evening, we reached our stay at Shergaon Homestay.
Nestled between tall mountains, the homestay offered perfect tranquility.
A quiet evening, a warm meal, and a sky full of stars welcomed us gently into Arunachal.

🌿 Sangti Valley — Nature’s Softest Touch

The next morning we headed to the breathtaking Sangti Valley.
As soon as we dipped our feet into the cold water of the Sangti River,
it felt like all our tiredness washed away instantly.

At night, we enjoyed dinner under an open sky—
a simple moment that became an unforgettable memory.

🏔️ Tawang — Where History Meets Himalayan Grandeur

On our way to Tawang, we visited:

• Sela Pass
• Tawang War Memorial
• Historic spots marking India’s courage against aggression

Sela Pass looked like a path carved between clouds.
And once we reached Tawang, we were stunned—
our room opened to a full panoramic view of the entire town!

Izifiso’s staff were so warm and helpful that it felt like staying at a friend’s home.
We even celebrated one of our team member’s birthdays—
a joyful surprise that added charm to the night.

❄️ Bumla Pass & Madhuri Lake — Dreams Turning Real

The next day, we travelled to the iconic Bumla Pass, near the Indo-China border.
Standing there, surrounded by snow and silence,
I realised how privileged we were to witness such beauty.

Later, we visited Madhuri Lake—
a place so serene and cinematic that words fall short.

Izifiso’s flawless management helped us reach these remote destinations smoothly and safely.

🌊 A Night Beside Nuranang Falls

On our return journey, we stayed next to the majestic Nuranang Falls.
Imagine waking up to the roar of a waterfall—
That was our reality for a night.

🚐 Back to Guwahati

With hearts full and souls refreshed, we returned to Guwahati the next day.
The hotels, the car, the coordination—everything by Izifiso was spot-on.
